Welcome to GT Champions (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GTC Reg Bot (“the Bot”), a Discord integration designed to streamline authentication, registration, and role assignment within the GT Champions community.

By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may discontinue use of the Bot at any time.

The GTC Reg Bot is provided to enhance your experience within the GT Champions ecosystem. Its primary functions include:

  • Authenticating users with GT Champions systems
  • Simplifying access to GT Champions services
  • Assigning and managing Discord roles
  • Facilitating participation in GT Champions events, leagues, and community spaces

The Bot is intended solely for use within authorized GT Champions Discord servers.

  • Be a member of a Discord server where the Bot is installed
  • Follow all GT Champions community guidelines and Discord’s Terms of Service

You are responsible for ensuring that your Discord account remains secure.
